Welcome to the new employee training and testing website Beta version! This site is not yet complete, but is designed to be a central, dynamic source for you, the technical support agent, to receive up-to-date training guides and take training quizzes and tests online, with results instantly graded and shown to you!

The technology of this site is designed to be adherent to the current corporate restrictions on out-sourced database locations. Since we are not allowed to install and use a SQL-based database on this server, a simple text-parsed database will serve the purpose of delivering powerful, dynamic content easily updated by the training staff. The only components that need to be installed to run this site are Apache 2.0 and PHP 4.3 or later. That's it!

How to login to this site:

If you are a new employee, you should already have access to this site, assuming HR has provided the training staff with your employee information and our agent list has been updated. To access the rest of this site's information, click on Login, and use your new employee number, the default password "password", and your First and Last names (as spelled by HR, we can modify it for you later if it's incorrect), then hit login. If you are not allowed login, please ask a member of the training staff for assistance.

This site is still under contruction, so please be patient, but we are very excited that you are here and we look forward to improving our training facilities as we can! Welcome to Sykes!
